Drop in to the HAC Gallery & Gift Shop starting at November’s Last Friday & the Art Walk to decorate and take home a free paper-mâché lantern for this year’s Solstice Lantern Walk! We'll be adding paint, paper, leaves and flowers, glitter, and more to lantern shells prepared in advance by incredible HAC volunteers.

Discover complex, multi-layered stories of freedom-seeking, oppression, and women's education through the lives of Elizabeth Hobbs Keckly, Mary-Ann, the Murphy sisters, and Anna Burwell. The Burwell School strives to provide a balanced picture of our collective American history - bearing witness to the ways women's education, the lives of the enslaved and their enslavers, survival, religion, and legacy all coalesce to reveal the history of those who lived at the house.

Rolling applications for participation in 2023 Last Fridays Makers Markets are now closed.
Applications to participate in 2024 markets will re-open early in Spring of next year.
LIVING ARTS COLLECTIVE (March - Oct) 6-9pm
