⭐ Get your tickets for the 2025 Solstice Lantern Walk & Market! Whether walking in the procession, watching the stream of lantern lights, or enjoying Solstice Market and performances, registering for a ticket is required to attend this event. Tickets are free with a suggested donation of $5-10 per person. Help us reach our goal of $20,000 to support HAC's free community arts programming! Donations are nonrefundable.

You will not be required to show your ticket upon arrival to the Farmers Market Pavilion. However, registering for Solstice Lantern Walk may entitle you to exclusive perks, like our 2025 Solstice Mug (see details below)! We encourage visitors to explore historic Hillsborough and continue Solstice celebrations throughout the Winter Season, supporting local artists and Hillsborough businesses.

HAC, in partnership with Churton Street Champion sponsor Paynter Law Firm, is excited to offer an exclusive 2025 Solstice Lantern Walk mug featuring artwork by Barbara Younger! Event registrants who show proof of a $15+ per person donation with their 2025 tickets can receive a mug, available on-site at the Solstice Market while supplies last.

⭐ Lantern Kits ON SALE at the HAC Gallery & Gift Shop while supplies last. Participants are asked to craft a handmade lantern before this event. Learn more about Lantern Resources here.
