DAY-OF MARKET LOGISTICS (Please read carefully): ​

- Last Fridays & the Art Walk are RAIN OR SHINE events. We will only cancel/reschedule or relocate outdoor activities in the event of severe or dangerous weather (high winds that would prohibit the safe maintenance of tents, or excess rain that would cause flood, severe thunderstorms projected for the duration of the event, etc.). If this is necessary, we will notify you of the cancellation by 3 PM on the market date.

- Cancellations: All spot reservations are final. Vendor cancellations will not be eligible for exchange or refund unless there are extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

 

- You must provide your tent, tables, tent weights/sandbags, and any additional supplies you may need, including weather protection (tent flaps, tarps, etc.) to protect your work in the event of light rain.

- Tent stakes are NOT permitted on the Old Orange County Courthouse Lawn. Be sure to bring sandbags or weights to weigh down your tent.

​

- We cannot guarantee access to electricity or wifi. If providing a mobile payment option, we recommend bringing a battery-powered POS with offline processing or a mobile hotspot.

​

- Light fades a lot in the last half hour of the market, so if you have battery-powered lights for your setup, please do bring them. 

​

- Limited assistance will be available on-site during market hours. We recommend bringing a friend/family member to help with setup/break-down and maintaining a presence at your booth.

​

- You will be sent a map of the tent arrangement and spot assignments by email before event day. That tent arrangement will also be marked on-site with surveying flags when you arrive. 

​

- A 10x10' space will be allotted for each vendor, marked with surveying flags upon arrival.

​

- A few parking spaces on Court St will be reserved for vendor load-in. After load-in, we ask that you find public parking nearby. 

​

- Artists are welcome to begin setup as early as 3:30 PM. Community groups are welcome to begin setup as early as 4:30 PM. The market will be publicized to start at 5:30 PM. If you require special accommodations, please email us directly to problem solve. 

​

- A portable restroom will be on-site throughout the event.

 

- We ask that all participants are mindful and respectful to other vendors, arts programming occurring in tandem with the market, and the community at all times. Anyone disrupting the quality and nature of the event will be asked to leave.

- HAC reserves the right to make changes to Last Fridays Makers Markets at any time, including approved vendor statuses, if activity is no longer supportive to our mission or community access to arts programming.
